Service charge statements are time-consuming, prone to errors and legally sensitive. We prepare and reconcile them, even in complex, deadlocked or overdue situations.

Our service charges team consists of 24 specialists and prepares over 2,000 statements annually.

We apply this experience where things get stuck: with initial statements where no existing system is in place, in cases of arrears spanning several years, and for properties with numerous objections. We work within your system, regardless of how your properties are currently managed.

• Initial statements: We develop a comprehensive service charge concept, including individual account allocation guidelines. This forms the basis for legally compliant statements in subsequent years.

• Overdue statements: Several years’ worth of outstanding statements, incomplete data, numerous objections: we take on the task of sorting them out and clearing the backlog.

• Complex billing situations: From small residential properties to large estates, involving complex cost allocations, preliminary distributions and mixed use.

• Technical support: Analysis and preparation, on-site property inspections to assess meters, usage, apportionments and structure, as well as support with enquiries and objections.

You won’t need to change your software or overhaul your processes to work with us. We use the industry-specific software GaraioREM, and if required, we can adapt our approach to suit your system.
