En qualité d’assistant-e de gérance, vous assistez le gérant d’immeubles dans la prise en charge d’un portefeuille immobilier interessant.
 

Detail de la fonction

  • Enregistrer et traiter les demandes des locataires
  • Gérer les résiliations, établir les contrats de bail et leurs avenants
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des activités afférentes à la location
  • Organiser et procéder à des visites de logements
  • Contribuer à l’établissement des décomptes de charges des immeubles (ou des décomptes de frais de chauffage et des frais accessoires)
  • Entretenir des contacts avec les locataires, propriétaires, autorités et artisans

Votre profil

Vous avez achevé une formation commerciale de base et êtes au bénéfice d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la gérance immobilière. Maîtrise parfaite du français et très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais. Vous êtes un-e pro de l’immobilier et aimez relever tous les jours de nouveaux défis

  • Flexible working hours (flexitime), 42.5 hours per week
